Every four hours, someone in the UK is permanently paralysed. Back Up is a charity set up to inspire those affected by spinal cord injury to get the most out of life. Helping them gain the skills, confidence, and experiences to live life to the fullest. 

Every injury comes with its own unique story, so we decided to tell a select few of them.
